I received an email advising that this luggage had been shipped a fews ago and was expecting that it would reach a family member who is booked for a flight on 8/28/10. Well, after sending inquiries for 2 days, I finally received an email today 8/25/10 advising that the luggage had not been sent due to it being out of stock. SOmeone wasn't minding the store or they simply tell you what you want to hear for their convenience. I would advise aynone who considers doing business with Luggage Pros via amazon.com to look elsewhere!!!!!

The product was as what I wanted it to be.. I just needed cabin luggage and that is what it is.. The bag is a decent carry on which also comes with an extra zip to enable extension of the bag itself. The smaller bag is of the size of a laptop bag with ample space to accommodate books etc along with the laptop. The smallest of all is ample enough to carry some toiletry and other petty things (like a perfume bottle etc) and is quite handy. In all I liked the product and it satisfied my needs. If you are going for simple cabin luggage, then you can go for this product.

Under close inspection and packing, I still can't believe the value. First trip this weekend but so far already better than advertised.

This is a nice set for the money, but I forgot to check the size before ordering and it's a bit smaller than I'd expected. Like I said, that's on me!
