The product was all and more than advertised. Ordering it online ensured me that it would not have been handled by the public (dirty and damaged is how you often find them in stores).

I received this product on Amazon.com's 3rd party vendor error: I liked the print they sent - Calypso Blue Duke Plaid, but found the handle difficult to operate. There is plenty of room in this bag but if my Middle-schooler cannot operate the handle, no sense keeping it.
Let me say that this is my first disappointment with Amazon.com. I actually ordered the Dakine Wheeled Prom Backpack in Black/Gypsy Floral but got this one instead. I'm extremely disappointed this happened, the vendor mislabelled the box and sent me this bag instead - my bag went to someone else. It's even more of a pain I have to go through the hassle to send it back.

I already bought one of these for my son, after he went through several other backpacks. About to buy one for my daughter. The only flaw was that the mesh outside pockets on my son's have torn, but that's minor compared to the other bags we've tried (and for 1st and 2nd grade only!). The other backpacks were 1 rolling and 2 not.

I've been looking for a smaller travel bag that would fit more easily in overhead compartments on airplanes. This is it! It was so easy to maneuver everywhere I went and fit easily on different sized planes. It holds way more than I expected it to, so it was a really good purchase and I would definitely recommend it.
