This ended up being larger than I had expected. But worked well with the airlines. I would buy one size smaller next time. I don't have enough clothing to fill it.
Would be good for 2 peoples clothing.

I just bought one of these bags and we used it for a week-long trip to the Northwest. It held everything I wanted to take, and had lots of room to spare. I was worried about the size because when this bag is packed to the maximum it will be oversized and the airlines can charge you extra (as in, $100-$150 extra). However, the bag does come with tie-down straps that, when fully shortened, limit the height of the bag to the 62-inch limit (36" length x 14" width x 12" height). This is a welcome feature and I didn't get charged extra on any of our flights.
The bag is quite versatile. It has a lower compartment with a zip-out divider so that you can make it one large bag rather than an upper and lower bag. There are also 2 smaller compartments on the top that have large expandable liners so that you can put things like dirty laundry or shoes in them and they expand into the upper part of the bag. This is very nice as I am used to a duffel that has similar compartments but with no expandable liner so the compartments were small and stayed small. The external compartments are also great for access while the bag is in the trunk.
My only nit-pick is that there is no foot so if you are rolling it and attempt to stand it up on end it WILL fall over. Other than that it rolls great and is very handy. I haven't used the backpack straps yet and am not sure I ever will, but it is nice to know they are there if I need to take it where I have no ability to roll it on its wheels.
I enjoyed and highly recommend this bag, but if I had it to do over again I would probably get the 32" version (Model AT459) so I wouldn't ever have to worry about being charged for being over the size limit on an airline. With the tie-down straps, I don't think I will ever get charged, but with the 32" bag I wouldn't even have to even think about it.

I travel alot and I went through many bags before is got this one.
It is VERY well put-together, has all the options you would want. I sometimes carry alot of luggage, so I love the back straps, they allow me to manage other stuff by eliminating the need to use my hands. I have since bought other High Sierra bags. I love them all!!

This bag is huge! the zippers, seams, wheels, handles etc are all very well made. the bag itself is very sharp looking and the feature of having backpack straps is awesome, would def buy this product again.

this was a very well constructed piece of luggage. unfortunately, it is to large for every airline. it exceeds maximum dimensions by quite a bit. if you are planning on filling this up, plan on paying oversized fees. i returned it and got the 30" bag instead.
